1. Acceptance of Protocol
By downloading, accessing, or utilizing Ratio Protocol (the "Instrument"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must abort installation and cease use immediately.
2. Nature of the Instrument
Ratio Protocol provides cognitive anchoring frameworks and audio deployments inspired by Stoic philosophy. It is explicitly not a medical device, nor a substitute for professional mental health treatment. The Instrument is designed for stress management and performance optimization in high-friction environments. We do not guarantee specific psychological outcomes.
3. Subscriptions, Evaluations, and Billing
Access to advanced protocols requires initialization of a premium subscription (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime). Billing is processed securely through your respective platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play).
- Evaluations (Trials): The Annual subscription may include a 7-day evaluation period. You will not be billed until this period concludes. To prevent execution of the charge, you must initialize cancellation at least 24 hours before the evaluation ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Management & Cancellation: Ratio Ventures LLC does not manage billing. You must manage your subscriptions, modify tiers, or disable auto-renewal directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account Settings.
- Lifetime Access: "Series 001 Lifetime" is a one-time deployment charge, not a recurring subscription.
4. User Responsibilities (Auto-Drive)
While the "Auto-Drive" feature is designed to minimize distraction during transit, the user retains ultimate responsibility for their physical safety and the safe operation of any vehicle or machinery. Ratio Ventures LLC accepts no liability for incidents occurring while the Instrument is active.
5. Intellectual Property
The interface designs, audio compositions, "Ratio Gold" styling, Golden Ratio animations, and proprietary text (including "Order from Chaos. Reason from Instinct.") are the exclusive intellectual property of Ratio Ventures LLC. Unauthorized extraction or replication is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stoicism is the practice of internal sovereignty. Ratio Ventures LLC is not liable for any external decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the use of this instrument. You remain the sole operator of your life; the Protocol provides the logic, but you provide the action.
